Museum tours are our passion and an integral part of the MUCA supporting programme.
The MUCA offers art tours in Munich in a personalised setting and in an extraordinary location. Due to the deliberately limited group sizes, there is added value for every guest during the exhibition tour.
Our art historians and art educators open up new perspectives on the exhibited art objects. The regular public guided tours provide background information on the current MUCA exhibitions. Until the end of November 2025, we are showing the solo exhibition of the renowned contemporary artist Alexandre Farto alias Vhils.
Our guides will be happy to answer your questions about the exhibition "Vhils - Strata/ Selected works: 2005 - 2025" and the artist during the 60-minute tour and look forward to an active exchange with the group.
On Thursdays, we also offer our public guided tours as an evening special at regular intervals. So you can enjoy art in a relaxed atmosphere after work. The MUCA is also open until 8 pm on Thursdays.
Current dates for after-work guided tours, from 6.30 to 7.30 pm:

On the public holiday, 01.05.2025, our Thursday guided tour will take place from 17.30 -18.30.
We make your visit to the museum an unforgettable experience. Learn background information about the exhibitions, exclusively for your selected group of people and according to your time preferences (please note: Your interest in certain areas will always be taken into account during our interactive guided tour. The tour can be booked in German, English or French).

Young people learn best through experience and so we design our guided tours for young art lovers to be age-appropriate and at the same time rich in content.
School classes that come to us are allowed to help shape their visit to the museum by individual arrangement. All guided tours are specifically adapted to the age groups by our museum team and knowledge about the current exhibition is conveyed in an exciting way. This makes the excursion an unforgettable experience!

Our family tour provides exciting information for young and old about the development of street and urban art and about the artist Vhils from the current MUCA exhibition "STRATA".
